Using NaviLoad
These terms describe use of NaviLoad's Driver and Pilot tools during the customer beta. Use an account you control, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and upload only information you are authorized to provide. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so.
Permits and safe operation
The issued permit and applicable authorities determine the authorized route and operating requirements. Review the original permits, roads, restrictions, clearances and conditions before a move. OCR, suggested fields, maps, proximity searches and route preparation can contain errors. Do not operate a vehicle using a screen in a way that interferes with safe driving.
Marketplace and providers
NaviLoad lets Drivers and Pilots publish information, request jobs, accept requests and record commercial terms and job status. Participants are responsible for checking qualifications, agreeing to the work and payment terms, and performing their commitments. NaviLoad does not issue permits, supply insurance, employ Pilots, dispatch police, or process payment for these jobs. A profile, document upload or issuer check is not blanket approval to operate in a state.
Your responsibility for state requirements
You are responsible for meeting the applicable licensing, certification, insurance, equipment, permit and operating requirements in every state where you provide services. Before offering or performing work, check the requirements for yourself, your vehicle, your equipment, the requested service and every jurisdiction along the move. Keep your documents current, correct inaccurate information and tell the other party if you cannot meet the requirements for the work. Selecting service states, uploading documents or receiving an issuer check through NaviLoad does not establish that you meet all state requirements or that your credentials are accepted in another state.
Your information and content
You allow NaviLoad and its service providers to store and process information you submit as needed to provide the requested features, as described in the Privacy Policy. Published profile and load information is shared with other signed-in marketplace users. Private documents are not part of public listing profiles. Do not upload someone else's documents without authority, misrepresent qualifications, or use the service to harm others or gain unauthorized access.
Document-expiration reminders
By agreeing to these Terms, you allow NaviLoad to email you reminders about expiring documents saved to your account. Reminders use the expiration dates you confirm, and you can turn them off at any time using the unsubscribe link in a reminder email. Delivery can be delayed or fail, and missing or incorrect dates may prevent a reminder. Reminders are assistance only: you remain responsible for keeping your documents current, renewing them on time and meeting each state's requirements even if no reminder arrives.
Beta availability
Beta features can change, contain errors or become unavailable. Save the original permits and other records you need for your work.
Account changes and contact
NaviLoad may restrict misuse or unauthorized access. You may stop using the service and unsubscribe from document reminders using the link in a reminder email. During the beta, contact the person who supplied your NaviLoad invitation for support or account requests.
